With Traction Control Systems (TCS), the new SEAT Toledo remains glued to the road, guaranteeing comfort and safety in any conditions. TCS prevents the wheels from skidding while braking or accelerating, giving control back to the vehicle in crucial moments when traction is vital for maintaining the vehicle’s course.

The SEAT Toledo can also be fitted out with the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Emergency Brake Assistant (EBA). These systems contribute to increased safety, via a central control unit which detects emergency situations via sensors on the engine, steering wheel, tyres and brakes, then makes the necessary adjustments to stabilise car.

Also the new Driver Steering Recommendation system takes driving feel and safety to new levels by assisting in taking 'perfect lines' around curves. The system sends tiny impulses to the steering wheel when it detects the car’s inertia is moving off the ideal line, achieving a more stable drive and a reduction in braking distances.
